"TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. SUBJECT TO FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless HasardX and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries.

2.  Eligibility: This giveaway is open only to those U.S. residents who sign up on the website and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The giveaway is void where prohibited by law. Employees of HasardX, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 

HasardX reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond HasardX’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. In such case, HasardX may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by HasardX.

HasardX reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
HasardX has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Campaign, to void the eligibility of any entrant for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Campaign rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering.
Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, HasardX reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Winning entrant must be able to pass a class 3 flight physical in order to be awarded the prize and fly. Maximum height is 6 feet 4 inches, maximum weight is 240 pounds. Flying is an inherently risky activity and Giveaway entrants assume any and all risks.  Prize"

Winning entrant may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, as well as liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law) which must be returned as instructed by HasardX.
Use of fraudulent methods or attempts to circumvent these rules will result in entry being removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of HasardX.
3.  Agreement Terms and Conditions: By participating, the entrant (“You”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these conditions, and You represent and warrant that You meet the Eligibilty  requirements (See Paragraph 2. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of HasardX as final and binding as it relates to the content of this giveaway.
4.  Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online starting August 30th, 2022 and ending on July 4th, 2023. All entries must be received by July 4th, 2023.
5.  How to Enter:  The Giveaway will begin at 9 a.m., PST on August 30, 2022, and end at 5:00 p.m., PST on July 4, 2023 (the “Giveaway Period”).  Maximum one (1) entry per household. Online: Visit https://www.hasardlee.com for Giveaway online entry form and to complete your entry.  E-mail: You may alternatively enter the Giveaway by sending an e-mail from a valid e- mail address with your full name, mailing address, and phone number to nicole@hasardx.com. To be eligible, all entries must be received before 5:00 p.m., PST, on on July 4, 2023.  HasardX will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or illegible entries or for failure to receive entries due to transmission or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any device or network. All entries become property of HasardX and none will be returned. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted shall be determined by HasardX in its sole discretion, and HasardX reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Giveaway.
6.  Prize: The winning entrant of the "prize" (the “Winner”) will receive one 30 minute flight in an L-39, or similar aircraft, operated by a third-party vendor. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The date, time, location and other specifics of the prize award are subject to availability and shall be solely determined by HasardX. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for HasardX to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without notice or compensation to Winner, unless prohibited by law. Winner will be responsible for any travel and arrangements necessary to attend the flight.
7. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by random selection under the supervision of HasardX. Winner will be notified by email or phone within five (5) days following the selection of Winner. If email/phone is not available, the winning serial number will be announced on Instagram through @HasardLee's daily story. HasardX shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 365 days from the date award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed eligibility declaration and releases as may be required by HasardX, eligibility and prize award may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY WINNER (AT HASARDX‘S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN"

9.  Rights Granted by You: By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that HasardX, anyone acting on behalf of HasardX, and HasardX’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any compensation, notice, review, or consent.
10. Disputes: THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF UNITED STATES AND STATE OF ARIZONA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of
participating in this giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator to take place in Maricopa County, State of Arizona.  Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Giveaway). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
11. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the HasardX website.
12. Sponsor: The sponsor of the Giveaway is Hasard X LLC, an Arizona Limited Liability Company. HasardX has the right to terminate contest at any time for any reason and without notice to entrants. Should the giveaway be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, HasardX reserves the right but shall not be obligated to award prize based on the entries received before the termination date.
The Giveaway hosted by HasardX is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
13.  Severability: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.
14.  Binding Agreement: By participating in the Giveaway, You, the Participant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules & Regulations."
